A new season in food fermenting



Happily the 'fad', ancient as it is, for food fermenting is taking hold and people are quickly taking ownership of their gut health by making simple and delicious things like sauerkraut and kimchi, yogurt and kefir. 

Introducing fermented foods into your diet will improve your digestion and boost your immune system, leading to less colds and flus, better energy and better sleep.
